Refund Policy - Vibe Fragrances
At Vibe Fragrances, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed within the continental United States. Unfortunately, returns/exchanges for international orders are not available due to shipping regulations.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, including those purchased with a promotion or discount code, are final sale but can be exchanged for store credit.
2. Return Process:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the USPS/UPS tracking number.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Fragrances must contain at least 95% of the original liquid and be in their original packaging (box intact) for a refund.
3. Refund Deductions:
- A $5.00 restocking fee per bottle will be applied to money-back returns.
- Returns back to the original form of payment may take 5-10 business days.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
- Vibe Fragrances is not liable for return packages that may be lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Customers should retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
5. Refunds (if applicable):
- Refunds are issued via STORE CREDIT ONLY, in the form of a Vibe Fragrances E-Gift Card.
- Late or missing refunds should be addressed by contacting your bank or credit card company.
